Neo Keng Hoe
Senior Manager, Sales

Mr Neo Keng Hoe will lead and manage the Sales team. In this capacity he will also plan, formulate and implement marketing strategies to ensure volume of sales and returns to the Organization.

Mr Neo has a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from National University of Singapore. He has more than 7 years of working experience that includes property management, sales and marketing of properties, performance review of assets and identification of new investment opportunities.

Mr Neo worked in Far East Organization from May 1996 to August 2000. His last held position was Manager, Sales and Marketing, before he left to pursue his studies. Prior to rejoining us, he worked with FPDSavills (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Capitaland Commercial Limited.

 

Shaw Lay See
Senior Manager (Customer Programmes)

Ms Shaw Lay See will be responsible for developing and positioning the Far East Loyalty Marketing Programme as an attractive loyalty programme to the Organization's business partners and customers.

Ms Shaw has a Master in International Management from University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from National University of Singapore. She has more than 10 years of working experience that includes business development and retention as well as enhancing business relationships in niche markets.

Ms Shaw's last position prior to joining us was with Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) as Manager, Priority Passenger Relations. She has also worked in Takashimaya Department Store, Robinsons Stores and MBf Property Services Private Limited.
