Far East Franchises and Restaurants
Set up in 2008, Kitchen Language, the franchise and restaurant arm of Far East Organization, has been introducing refreshing concepts and brands to provide an array of dining experiences to discerning palates in Singapore. Its fast growing portfolio currently includes restaurants, hotel restaurants and US franchise brands - Quiznos Sub, Cold Stone Creamery and Dean & DeLuca.
Kitchen Language also manages several new-to-market culinary concepts including Ju Chun Yuan, a Chinese restaurant which specialises in Min cuisine from Southern China, Kumo, a Japanese kaiseki restaurant and the first Argentine restaurant in Singapore, SALTA Argentine Parrilla + Grocer. It also oversees the operations of four hotel restaurants - Saltwater Café at Village Hotel Changi, Zaffron at Oasia Hotel, Straits Café at Rendezvous Grand Hotel and most recently, Katong Kitchen at Village Hotel Katong.
