Its portfolio includes Watertown Brand Outlet Centre (formerly known as Harbour Town Centre) and 256 Adelaide Terrace in Perth, as well as the Clocktower Square, 227 Elizabeth Street, 50 and 54-58 Park Street, and 570 George Street (Ausgrid Building) in Sydney. In May 2015, Far East Organization and its Hong Kong-based sister company Sino Land jointly acquired The Westin Sydney and its adjoining Heritage Retail podium. Far East Organization also owns a 2 million square feet site in St Helena-Greensborough, Melbourne, which it is developing into an integrated residential community.

      Far East Hospitality Holdings, a joint venture between Far East Organization’s listed unit, Far East Orchard Limited, and The Straits Trading Company, has a hospitality joint venture in Australia with the Toga Group. Besides hotel ownership, TFE Hotels operates one of Australia’s largest hospitality management platforms.
