Chinese New Year is the most important traditional Chinese holidays celebrated by millions worldwide. During this celebration, homes are given a thorough cleaning, families unite with a big meal (known as ‘reunion dinner’), new clothes are worn during visiting of relatives and friends. It is amidst such fun and festivities, cymbals clashing and lions dancing that Singapore ushers in the New Year.
The residents, family members and friends from Leonie Condotel and Nassim Regency were invited to this festive occasion held on 4th February 2012 at Leonie Condotel lobby. The celebration programs include the traditional Lion Dance gracing Leonie Condotel; a chance for the attendees to participate in the tossing of salmon or “Yu Sheng” in an image of a Dragon. There was also a “Hong Bao” Draw where some lucky attendees walked away with attractive shopping vouchers!
