Hillview - An Exclusive Residential Enclave

Residential developments near Hillview - The Hillier, The Lanai, Hillsta

Nestled in the northwest of Singapore, Hillview, a sub-zone under the Bukit Batok district, is an exclusive residential district overlooking Bukit Timah Hill and the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

Surrounded by lush nature, this is one of the affluent residential estates in Singapore. With the last public housing demolished in 2005, Hillview was moulded into a private residential enclave with a large proportion of private condominiums and landed properties.

Nature lovers will adore the nature trail that starts from the Bukit Gombak Stadium, rises up the Guilin ridge and ends at Chu Lin Road in the Hillview estate. Traipsing along this trail allows for a scenic view of the beautiful Little Guilin and its surroundings. By 2014, an eco-link bridge will generate greater bio-diversity by connecting both the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and the Central Catchment Nature Reserve.

This quiescent neighbourhood looks set to be rejuvenated with an upcoming mixed-use development that consists of a retail mall, HillV2. This cosmopolitan mall will offer a unique retail mix of specialty brands and merchandising, offering the well-heeled community of Hillview an exciting selection of retail and F&B options.

Hillview is not far from the chic The Rail Mall, located opposite Hillview Road. The Rail Mall houses a stretch of distinct restaurants and delicatessen, a Cold Storage, and other amenities for the convenience of nearby residents.

By 2015, Hillview will be served by the upcoming Hillview and Cashew MRT Stations, which are part of the Downtown Line 2, enhancing the connectivity of this exclusive sanctuary.
