Coastal Town of the 21st Century

Watertown is Punggol’s first residential-cum-commercial development that harnesses the historical and natural beauty of Punggol Waterway - the first-ever man-made waterway in Singapore. It will be the first luxurious waterfront development in Singapore that seamlessly integrates residential, shopping mall, Waterway Point and the Punggol MRT and LRT Stations. Watertown is directly located above the Waterway Point with a 10-screen IMAX cinema and a host of popular shopping and entertainment options. A short drive will take you to the upcoming eco-friendly Seletar Mall which will open in November 2014. You can expect lush greenery and 6 floors of exciting retail shops in this unique triangular-shaped mall.
