The Singapore Land Authority(SLA) has launched the former Seh Chuan High School site located along Jalan Seh Chuan for lease by public tender. The site, which can be used for commercial purposes or a foreign system school, has a land area of 37,286 sq ft and a maximum gross floor area(GFA) of 45,434 sq ft. The tenancy is for an initial period of three years, with an option to renew for two more terms of three years each subject to agreement.

The tender for a transitional office site located at Mohamed Sultan Road attracted only one bid submitted by RSP Architects Planners & Engineers Pte Ltd for S$4.65 million or about S$46.70 per sq ft per plot ratio. The 66,482-sq ft 15-year leasehold site has a maximum GFA of 99,728 sq ft.

YTL Group has recently launched its latest villa project, Sandy Island, on Sentosa Cove for sale. The 99-year leasehold development comprises 18 waterfront villas with sizes ranging from 7,500 to 9,200 sq ft. Prices start at S$13.9 million and can go up to S$26 million. All villas have five bedrooms, a swimming pool, private berth for a 12-metre boat, basement garages and passenger lifts. It is reported that three villas have already been sold, with the highest price transacted at S$2,100 per sq ft. Savills Singapore is the marketing agent for Sandy Island.

The National Heritage Board(NHB) and SLA are inviting proposals from the public to develop, operate and manage Integrated Museum and Art Facilities. A total of three state properties in prime locations will be made available through a request-for-interest exercise. The three properties are the former Catholic High Secondary School located along Queen Street, the properties at 27A/30B/30C Loewen Road and 27B Loewen Road. The proposed rents are S$42,516 a month ($0.75 per sq ft a month), S$12,337 a month(S$1.10 per sq ft a month) and S$5,159 a month(S$1.18 per sq ft a month) respectively.
