1. Am I eligible for membership on My Far East Home?
    To become a member of My Far East Home, you must be a Buyer* who bought a property directly from Far East Organization.
    *Upon exercising the Sales and Purchase agreement.
2. How to register?
  • Step 1: Click here to enter the sign up page
  • Step 2: Confirm your eligibility and agree to the Terms of Use. Then click the [Proceed] button
  • Step 3: Fill up all required fields and click [Submit] button
  • Step 4: It will lead you to a confirmation page. A registration notification will be sent to you in 15 minutes to your registered email account.
Thereafter you will be able to log in with your email address and temporary password (listed in the notification)
3. How is the Handover Process Like?
The process of handing over the unit to buyers begins when the property obtains Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).

After TOP:
    1. A Notice of Progress Payment will be released to Buyers through their solicitors.
    2. Buyers are to make payment to their lawyers within 14 days of receipt of Notice of Progress Payment.
    3. Once payment is cleared, Buyers can make an appointment by following the instructions on the letter attached to the Notice of Progress Payment. (Note: Payment clearance will take approximately 5 working days.)
    4. Buyers can make appointment for keys collection at least 2 working days before appointment date.


On Keys Collection Appointment Day:
  • Buyers are required to bring along their NRIC/ passport (for foreign buyers) for verification and documentation.
  • In the event when representatives are sent, a letter of authorisation and NRIC/ passport is required.
  • A copy of the Buyer’s NRIC/ passport is required to facilitate utilities application during handover for residential developments.
  • Key collection will be done at the property. Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for the Customer Service Executive (CSE) to conduct the handover.


The Handover (Not in Sequence):
  • Introduction to the Condominium / Center Manager
  • Walk through the unit.
  • The unit will be handed over along with the necessary documents and accessories.
  • Facilitate utilities application (for residential developments)
4. Why can’t I see the option to schedule for keys collection?
  • The option to schedule for keys collection will be made available only upon payment clearance.
  • Buyers can verify with their solicitors to check on their payment status.
5. How do I know if my payment is cleared?
  • Payment clearance will take approximately 5 working days.
  • Buyers can verify with their solicitors on their payment status.
6. Can I make payment at the development?
No payment is allowed at the development.
