Far East Organization owns and operates a portfolio of F&B concepts in Singapore under umbrella brand Refinery Concepts. Beyond the shores of Singapore, the Organization also owns the Melbourne-based Vue Group in Australia.

Refinery Concepts has over a decade of experience in creating, designing and operating original and unique F&B concepts in Singapore. It has a portfolio of 11 brands, many of which are multi award-winning, and owns and operates 15 fine dining establishments, hotel restaurants, cafes and bars. Brands include Bedrock Bar & Grill, Fat Cow, Kinki Restaurant + Bar, Oriole Coffee + Bar, CIN CIN, and The Marmalade Pantry, as well as prominent US franchise - Dean & DeLuca.

Refinery Concepts oversees the operations of four hotel restaurants - Native Kitchen at Village Hotel Sentosa, and three Halal-certified restaurants, Straits Cafe at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore (Bras Basah), Saltwater at Village Hotel Changi and Katong Kitchen at Village Hotel Katong.

Far East Organization also owns Vue Group which was established in 2000 by celebrated Australian chef and author Shannon Bennett. Brands in the group include Vue de Monde, Lui Bar, Vue Events, and French-Vietnamese café brand - Jardin Tan. 

Far East Organization continues to hone the operational excellence of its restaurant and lifestyle food and beverage business as a new platform for growth, seeking expansion opportunities in new markets locally and overseas.
