Refinery Concepts, the restaurant and lifestyle food and beverage arm of Far East Organization, has over a decade of experience in creating, designing and operating original and unique F&B concepts in Singapore. It has a portfolio of 14 brands, many of which are multi award-winning, and owns and operates 21 fine dining establishments, hotel restaurants, cafes and bars. Brands include Bedrock Bar & Grill, Fat Cow, Kinki Restaurant + Bar, Oriole Coffee + Bar, CIN CIN, The Pelican, and The Marmalade Pantry, as well as two prominent US franchises, Cold Stone Creamery and Dean & DeLuca.
Refinery Concept operates a catering arm, Kitchen Language Catering, which offers extensive menu customisations to cater to a wide array of themes and events, from wedding receptions, baby showers to corporate board lunches. In addition, it oversees the operations of three hotel restaurants – Straits Café at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore and two halal-certified restaurants, Saltwater Café at Village Hotel Changi and Katong Kitchen at Village Hotel Katong.
In 2019, Refinery Concepts launched its new brand, Native Kitchen on Sentosa Island, taking diners on a culinary adventure with an island-inspired menu.
Far East Organization also has a majority stake in Vue Group, a Melbourne-based restaurant group started in 2000 by celebrated Australian chef and author Shannon Bennett. Brands in the group include Vue de Monde, Lui Bar, Vue Events, Iki-jime, French-Vietnamese café brand - Jardin Tan, Burnham Bakery, Piggery Café, and Benny Burger.
