It has a portfolio of 12 brands, many of which are multi award-winning, and owns and operates 16 fine dining establishments, hotel restaurants, cafes and bars. Brands include Bedrock Bar & Grill, Fat Cow, Kinki Restaurant + Bar, Oriole Coffee + Bar, CIN CIN, The Pelican, and The Marmalade Pantry, as well as prominent US franchise - Dean & DeLuca.
Refinery Concepts oversees the operations of four hotel restaurants - Native Kitchen at Village Hotel in Sentosa, and three Halal-certified restaurants, Straits Cafe at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore (Bras Basah), Saltwater at Village Hotel Changi and Katong Kitchen at Village Hotel Katong.
Far East Organization also has a majority stake in Vue Group, a Melbourne-based restaurant group started in 2000 by celebrated Australian chef and author Shannon Bennett. Brands in the group include Vue de Monde, Lui Bar, Vue Events, Iki-jime, French-Vietnamese café brand - Jardin Tan, Burnham Bakery, Piggery Café, and Benny Burger.
